We want you to love your ride, which is why Zwift offers a 30-day return policy on hardware and accessories to ensure you have the best indoor cycling experience. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Gear
Carefully pack your Zwift hardware, trainers, or accessories in their original boxes, ensuring all components and power cables are included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
